HOW TO COMMISSION
You can fill out the "Order your Commission" form in this website, email crazycookiemaniac@gmail.com with your commission request, or message me on Instagram, Tumblr or Twitter. If you need any help coming up with your commission, I'm here to help!
HOW IT WORKS
You will be involved in every step of the process, from the rough sketch to the final art. You will be able to request for changes, although major changes will only be accepted during the layout of the rough sketch.
The estimated time for completion of each piece can take up to three months starting the day the payment is received, unless you have a deadline. Keep in mind that the deadline doesn’t necessarily has to have a reason. If you’re not willing to wait for too long, please let me know in how long you’d prefer me to finish your piece and I will do my best to meet up to it. You are free to contact me at any moment to know about the progress of your commission.

Note: The three months I give myself are due to the time I have to work on commissions requested before yours, and to cover real life matters (such as chores and studies), as well as unforeseen events that may delay the creation of your commission. This does not mean that I will necessarily take three months to deliver the final piece to you!
WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE COMMISSION I PURCHASED?
You can do anything with it as long as you don’t sell it anywhere. You can use it as your icon, wallpaper, phone bg, print it to put it on your room or maybe on your notebook, order a phone case with my art, etc. When you commission me, the piece you bought is yours for anything you want except reselling. Removing or cropping out my signature, or claiming it as your own creation is also forbidden. I don’t have the power to stop you from doing it, but breaking these rules will cause trouble for everybody so please respect them, especially so that we can build a good relationship with each other!

Please keep in mind that I own the rights to my art and may use it for advertising my work.
CAN I USE YOUR ART FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES?
If you want to commission me with the intention of using my art commercially, the prices described in this website do not apply and will have to be discussed personally. No matter what your project is, aside from the art itself, there will be other fees that will be charged separately.
DO YOU DRAW FAN ART? IF YES, FROM WHAT FANDOMS?
What people commission me to do the most are fan arts so yes, I draw those too! I’m willing to draw for any fandom, but please keep in mind that if it’s from one that I don’t know, I will greatly rely on your descriptions and references, so we'll need to work together in order to get the best result possible!
CAN I COMMISSION YOU TO DRAW COMICS?
Sure, but not only it might be pricey, I also might not be able to give you an accurate quote depending on what you want. If you’re willing to invest money and patience in it, then I’m sure we can work it out!
WILL YOU DRAW OCS, NSFW, MECHA, FURRIES, ANIMALS AND/OR OTHERS?
Yes, I will gladly draw your OCs. However, if your OCs involve NSFW, Mecha, are furries/animals etc, as long as it’s nothing that goes against my morals, ethics and is not offensive/harmful to anyone in any way, I am willing to put in the effort to create what you want me to create. However, please keep in mind that these pieces will cost extra as they aren’t within the realm of things I usually create, and will deeply rely on your references, descriptions and/or criticism to ensure you will be satisfied with your purchase.
CAN I COMMISSION YOU TO DO TUTORIALS?
I’m not very good at explaining things, but if you let me know what exactly you want me to do, I can work something out!
CAN YOU DESIGN A CHARACTER FOR ME?
Absolutely! Just be sure to give me references (visual and/or written), and don’t be afraid to ask me to make changes if you’re not content with how they’re turning out.
I WANT TO COMMISSION YOU, BUT I’M NOT SURE WHAT I WANT. WHAT DO I DO?
You don’t need to know exactly what you want to commission me. You can literally just go and ask me for X character smiling, and I’ll come up with something for you. Of course, I might make some questions about your preferences, like “what kind of vibe would you like the piece to give off”, “do you plan on using this for something or is it just for personal enjoyment”, etc. I can give you quotes based on what I think would be best for what you want, and we can talk about it as much as you’d like. You’re free to take your time to decide, and remember that you’re not obligated to commission me just because you asked for a quote! I almost always have my commissions open, so you can always contact me whenever you’re ready.
CAN I COMMISSION YOU TO DO SPRITES FOR MY RPG MAKER GAME?
Yes you can, although I have limited knowledge on pixel art and the prices will vary according to difficulty.
CAN I COMMISSION YOU TO DO SCENE ART/ICONS FOR MY RPG MAKER GAME?
Absolutely!
CAN I COMMISSION YOU TO DO A GAME?
It really depends, but talk to me and we’ll see!
CAN I PRINT THE ART I COMMISSIONED FROM YOU MYSELF OR CAN YOU PRINT IT AND SHIP IT TO ME?
You can print my art as long as it’s for personal use! And yes, I can print & send it to you, but it will cost a little bit extra for the printing + shipping. I ship worldwide!
YOUR PRICES ARE EXPENSIVE. ANY CHANCE YOU CAN LOWER THEM?
My prices are built upon a lot of reasons, but most importantly, it’s the only source of income I have and all of the income goes to pay for house expenses, education and medication. Of course, I do understand that it’s not cheap and I don’t take a single penny for granted, as well as I understand how it feels to want to commission an artist and not be able to afford it. If you follow me in social media, you’ll see that every now and then I open cheaper commissions, so you’re free to grab a slot for yourself if you’re able! But other than that, I unfortunately can’t lower the prices. I’m sorry!

However, if you agree with the total commission price, want to commission me but can't afford paying it all upfront, you can split the payment in up to 4 installments. Just ask me! :)
CAN I GET A REFUND OF MY COMMISSION?
Unless it's because of any mistakes made on my end, I will not issue refunds.
DO YOU RIG VTUBER MODELS?
No, I don't. I'm still new to the whole Vtuber world, and at the moment all I'm qualified for is designing your character and making it into a rig-ready doll. If you decide to commission your Vtuber model with me, please have in mind you'll either have to pay someone else to rig it for you or do it yourself.
